If you find a problem with your order, please email us at info@teasandbees.com. We ask that you include a copy of the invoice, your name, address, and contact details. We would appreciate a short explanation as to the reason for your return. Your feedback helps us to understand your needs and concerns.

Unfortunately we cannot process returns on food items or personal hygiene (soap, tea baths) products.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your non-food or non-hygiene purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund (minus the shipping costs) or exchange for another product. You can return or exchange your non-food or non-hygiene product within 10 days of purchase date. When returning product, please include a copy of the original invoice, the reason for the return, and your return authorization number. Returned or exchanged products must be in the original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund to the original credit card of purchase. If payment was made by cheque, money order or e-Transfer, we issue a refund in the form of a company cheque.

Although we strive to provide you with the right product, in the event of an error by us, Teas and Bees will happily replace your purchase at no cost to you. Please email us at info@teasandbees.com and include a copy of the invoice, your name, address, and contact details and an explanation of our error. Your feedback helps us to improve.
